On the private walkway to the private entrance – you already see the sparkling blue water of the marina and the luxury yachts moored across. Opening the artisan-crafted door and crossing the threshold you feel the calm and serenity of Marina OM. Oversized Living-Dining open space with rich Mayan-artisan flooring, a stone accent wall and an indoor japanese garden feels like a peaceful haven. Turn to the left and through a complete open door view the pool, the deck and the marina glistening as if they are a 10 foot painting.
The private patio abuts the marina-side pool. The pool with jacuzzi jets is shared by only three more private apartment dwellers – offering the renters a very intimate feel. Launch our ocean-kayak from your exclusive dock, or ssip a margarita while sitting on the lounge furniture on the deck – soaring over the marina while catamaran sails and fishing boats are leaving to or returning from a sail. Some of these boats by the way are bringing fresh fish, ask them as they return from sea!
The heart of the apartment is the fully-equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The Marina-Side bedroom has its king-bed and a private 10’ sliding-glass doors and direct view of the marina. The Garden Bedroom with its king-size bed overlooks the indoor tropical garden and views of the marina through the living-room glass doors. The jungle bedroom has two double beds, ideal for the younger generation.
Puerto Aventuras is an amazing location, safe and friendly. It has activities for children, children at heart and adults. Swimming with dolphins, sailing out to sea, deep sea fishing, tennis courts and a golf course, all within walking distance. Scores of wonderful restaurants and cafes encircle the main marina and the dolphin inlet. We love to have freshly baked croissants from Acentos, a unique local little spot. A wonderful beach is accessible to all. We might be able to arrange for rental bikes if you give us heads up. This is a wholesome experience for families or friends, close to many local experiences. This Garden suite reminds us of an elegant nature scene. Decorated with antique flower paintings and with access to our Zen garden, this spacious king size bedroom is a unique haven for tranquility. It has its own natural garden bathroom.
JUNGLE SUITE
Located at the very en of the condo, the Jungle Suite has two comfortable full size antique beds with lovely red bathroom make the perfect space for privacy and leisure.
MARINA SUITE
The Marina Suite is an elegant ample king size bedroom with a lovely view to the marina. With slid-able doors this room opens completely to a terrace living room experience where you can have your morning coffee in front of our protected and loved mangle tree and pool. Has a big closet and elegant bathroom for two.
