The second one is to generate respectful work relationships with local artists (Mexican indigenous artisans, designers, carpenters, cooks, honey producers, etc). As a company we honor and respect national traditions and local artisans. At ZenSea Villas we are ambassadors of Mexican talent, a window into artistic potential and a showcase of local designers and craftsmanship.
Once you have made your reservation you will have personalized luxury services via your own Personal Concierge. Via Concierge Forms and personal communication, before and during your stay your concierge can recommend personalized services tailored to your group wishes and work with our chef to design special meals based on your preference and requirements. Personal Concierge
Once you book your stay with us and one month before you visit us, your personal concierge will be in touch with you to begin a conversation about your preferences, wishes, menus, transportation, activities, tours, archeological sites and celebrations. This magician came to us to bring magic to your stay.
On Arrival
Enjoy extras such as a picnic lunch, prepared at your request, cold local artisan beers, pure mountain local purified water, guacamole and chips, fruit basket and the most fantastic lemon margaritas, on the house.
Daily Pampering
In house staff will care for you. Cleaning maids dressed in colorful Mexican “huipiles” will make sure you have a comfortable experience while being in your selected villa.
Spa Massages
Enjoy a wonderful massage by ZenSea Villas’ resident massage therapist. While covered by a Mexican serape blanket billowing in the Caribbean breezes under a palapa or in the comfort of your private room or balcony. Other calming, sensory pampering treatments are also available. Complimentary massages are included with a seven-night rental.
Gourmet Chef Services
Mayan chefs with a heart! Yes, there are villas with cooks, and there are ZenSea Villas with experienced, trained resident-chefs with a heart. Combination of tastes, flavors, exciting carefully-selected ingredients in a presentation that delights the eyes and pleases the pallet.
Bespoke Bar Experience
Upon guests’ request we will arrange for daily butler service serving home-made margaritas and craft beers by the pool or for your evening cocktail hour. If you wish to go all out… an experienced mixologist will be hired to pamper you with many unique custom-designed cocktails. Inquire with our Guests Services Manager when preparing for your stay.
Ocean Activities
Complimentary ocean kayaks are merely the fun starting point. We can arrange for Stand Up Paddle board rental and have them at the villa upon guests’ arrival. We can purchase or rent for our guests’ snorkel equipment to explore the reef right in front of your sea-side garden. Marvels of nature within a 20-step walk….

We are locals in the land of the Mayas and have a vast experience in getting you to the most exciting pyramids, ruins,”real Mexican” towns. Discover history, nature, culture and cuisine on a tailor-made active-adventure holiday if this is your wish. If you have no vehicle to get there on your own, we know high quality personal guides and tour companies. There is so much to see!
In-Villa Classes
Whatever your interest leads you – we will find your expert. If it’s Mayan archeology or Mexican history, we will look for the expert to come for a talk at cocktail hour. Interested in local ecology – we will arrange a visit from the ecological center. Your imagination is the limit.
