All the bedrooms express in this colorful simplicity of native Mexican pride. Each restful bedroom has an ocean view and balcony as well. The bathrooms even display Mexican tradition, with their beautifully smooth marble tiled walls, sinks and showers.

Located on Jade Bay, just south of Akumal Bay, you’re near the hotel zone without being part of it. This villa offers “well located” privacy. You can easily snorkel the bay, walk the lovely beach or relax around the pool, in your own quiet world.
